Allison Smith, ND

Mother of one beautiful daughter and an enthusiastic student of life, Allison Smith, ND practices family medicine with a special focus on women's health, diabetes, depuration, and complementary cancer care.  Her passion is implementing nutritional IV therapy in conjunction with the traditional wisdom behind whole foods nutrition to bring each body into balance while creating an environment for proper elimination of wastes.  In addition to primary care diagnostic techniques, she routinely uses preventive blood-work analysis, nutritional supplements, constitutional homeopathy and hydrotherapy, spinal manipulation, homeopathic drainage, customizes botanical tinctures, formulates IV nutrient therapies, and in certain cases prescribes drug therapies with appropriate consideration given to treating the whole person.

She's a big believer in providing true preventive care when possible and tailoring the treatment to the lifestyle of each patient, while encouraging growth and change in a positive direction when the time is right.  She is thrilled to work with patients of all ages and while she prefers to function as a primary care physician, warmly welcomes those who wish to integrate her care with that of their other doctors.  She enthusiastically promotes naturopathic medicine in the community and is available to speak to groups on a wide variety of health topics.
